These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of agentika.eu (the "Site") and the free Gap Analysis, marketing services, and any other tools or content we make available (together, the "Services"). By using the Site or the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or the Services.
These Terms are between you and Agentika, Sašo Vidmar, s.p. ("Agentika," "we," "us," or "our").

Some material on the Site may be provided by third-party licensors or suppliers ("Third-Party Content"). Third-Party Content remains the property of its owner. Local laws. We make the Site available internationally. You're responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you where you're located.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Site or the Services, you agree that we may use them freely, without any obligation to you and without compensation, to develop or improve our Site and Services. We're not obligated to use, display, or credit any feedback we receive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises between you and Agentika relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services, we encourage you to first contact us directly at the details below so we can try to resolve it informally.
If a dispute can't be resolved informally, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Slovenia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your own country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts instead, in which case that right isn't affected by this section.
We'll generally try to let you know if we believe you're not complying with these Terms and give you a chance to correct it, though certain violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Site or the Services without prior notice.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted to best reflect the original intent of the parties. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Agentika regarding the Site and the Services, and supersede any prior discussions or agreements on the same subject.
